Overwhelmed!?!?! I hear ya'!
Don't know where to start with essential oils?
I didn't either!
I'm thankful that my wonderful friend, Jenifer, was walking this journey before me and had lots of knowledge to share! She shared lots on Facebook that she was learning and I was so intrigued!
Our house was full of curiosity about the oils, but lots of skepticism. We are not crunchy, super granola people at our house although many of our friends lean towards that end of the spectrum. I am thankful for them because most of the time they are spot on! I'm beginning to think our family is on our way to being there too! Super exciting, but scary too! HA!
If there is a natural or organic option for something, we definitely want to try it first. After trying the oils after we ordered them, Matt is totally on board too! I love that because he was the biggest skeptic of all in our family! He looks for ways to use the oils each day!
OK, back to oils. I had tried Melaleuca oil (better known as tea tree oil) over the years at my friend Jenifer's house. They used it and loved it! It worked great for everything she told me to try it for. It never crossed my mind to branch out and try OTHER oils to help our family.
So once I learned about all the success with oils that my friend was having with her family, I just knew I had to try them! I sat in her kitchen one weekend and looked through the pocket reference book. I wanted to find something to help my husband's migraines. I thought if I could find one that really worked, I'd be sold. After talking to Jenifer, I ordered my kit and a bottle of Clarity! Once we received our kit, the rest is history! My family is in love! She had a sample kit put together that I purchased and it was a great introduction to five of Young Living's most popular oils. I knew then that I wanted to order the kit and be able to order for my family.
